I was so excited when you suggested Alex/Amelia and this… this is killing me in the best possible way. It's deliciously dark and tragic, rich with emotion and flavoured with just the right amount of hotness. The essence of this ship, I think. I love your way with words, the images and atmosphere you created for this story, and I'm a big fan of your Amelia voice. Your Alex is flawless as always, of course. I've been thinking about Alex lately and how Meredith getting her perfect happy ending with the McHusband, the McBaby and the McMansion will affect him/their friendship and it's interesting how Amelia is stuck in a somewhat similar situation in Los Angeles, so this is really just perfect. And the fanmix is a wonderful tie-in. I like your taste in music! ;) So much love for Florence and The Jezabels!

Heee! I'm so glad you liked this! I've been strangely addicted to Alex/Amelia for a while now but never really been brave enough to try writing them. And then, when you had them both on your 'fave characters' list, I thought, BITE THE BULLET!
