I think the only way people get around in this town is to amble. Some people are considerate enough to move their cars, but many times I have had to wait for over 10 mins because they probably decided to have a long conversation with one of the old guys that hangs out at the tables inside the Stewarts and gossip about whether or not they are going to go ahead with putting in the traffic circle at the intersection, because we are such a metropolis after all. I have never thought about letting air out of the tires though, that is uniquely greg.

People are quite vocal over this in Buffalo. I have been witness to honking, cussing and highbeam flashing. Good thing I don't live in Liberty City, you never know what would happen there!
