I know the feeling, my own posts are less ambitious
than I suppose this project as a whole to be and yet
they take some work and time and when one disappears
and I rebuild it I feel sad...
I believe malcolm lowry the novelist lost a completed
manuscript of a novel(ultramrine? under the volcano?)
or maybe just partly completed and had to recreate it
which he did. so that was worse of a disaster.

Of course, Pound always said that anything that is lost, if it was worth anything to begin with, can always be recovered. I'm not entirely convinced of that, though...

Thanks! I was sitting here, and it just came to me. In part, since I put this song list together to inspire me in my writing, I felt the images might spur some new ideas.

I have actually thought about doing something of this sort in VM, yeah. Still really vaguely formed ideas, but something... I think online art would be a great idea, but always as part of something larger, sort of as a guide or blueprint for something more active.

It was good talking to you too. I really do not enjoy talking on the phone much, in part because I have such difficulty hearing people. At the same time, it's nice to actually hear people's voices.

Take care, Devin.
