Oh dear Lord. How do I even BEGIN to describe one of the most amazing days of my life?

Nick Griffin is a fan of Torchwood?! Urgh. It makes no sense to me that he'd like any of RTD's shows, seeing as Russell is pretty big on having ethnically diverse casts. Not something I though Griffin would approve of. >_<

Thanks for this post! I definitely appreciate its epicness. \O/ I'm glad you had such an great time, and YAY for chatting to and hugging James Moran! The collective experience is, more than anything, why I'd really love to go to something this; watching a new episode of Torchwood with loads of other fans (plus cast & crew!) must've been amazing. :') Eeeeee. God I can't wait to see series 3. ♥

They were talking about ethnic diversity, actually, when the subject of Griffin came up, and how ironic it was; they thought he might appreciate it due to the parallel he might see of the minority fighting an increasing invading majority to protect the state. Or something like that. I felt oddly defensive of Torchwood when they talked about him; I want to shield it and say, "It's too good for the likes of you!"

Series three will be incredible, and I'm sorry you couldn't make it this time! There'll be other times, I'm sure; if we both get into Cardiff, we could go to Barrow-panto!

(Belated happy birthday, by the way! I'm terrible and forgot to mention it. How are the exams going?)

Ah, I see where they're coming from. :/ But urgh I agree, really don't want Griffin associating himself with our show! *is also oddly defensive*

A trip (or several ;)) to Barrow-panto will be a must if we both get into Cardiff! Hehe. Fingers crossed!
