Early into my workday today I decided WTF about the Kirov ballet thing.
I was going to take a chance and head to the theatre after work tonight to see if I could get a ticket for Swan Lake.

Yeah I need to win the lottery so I can go see every major ballet, ha ha!

My family were members of the National Ballet when I was younger so I went several times every year. From the Kirov Ballet, I got to see Sleeping Beauty. It was very good so I imagine their performance of Swan Lake was of the same calibre.

I'd love to go to the ballet again sometime. It's been more than 20 years since I last went.

I saw plenty of the National Ballet growing up but had never ever seen the Kirov...hence why I really wanted to go see them & so glad I did....still can't get over how flawless their technique was!
