Looks good to me. I only read it quick though. Why don't you take a break from the law crap and worry about yourself for a change? How are you feeling?

ps What's the difference between a springing use and a shifting use? You didnt mention that and thats one that i could never get

About the same. I did take some time, I saw Inside Man last night.

Both are forms of executory interests. An springing use shifts from grantor to grantee - "To Fred if he ever learns how to play the banjo." Once Fred learns how to play the banjo, then he gets the property. A shifting use shifts from grantee to a third person. "To Fred, but if he ever starts playing the harmonica, then to Jose." I'd explain the effect of the rule agaisnt perpetuities on this, but my brain my implode.

Oh thatlooked good. That explaines it better than anything else ive ever read. Impressed!

Sorry I shouldnt have metnioned it. Probably easier said thandone, but you should try to keep your mind off it till your doctor's appointment and find out whats up. Watch the sopranos and eat some cheese, those are your two favorite things am i right?

I'll try not to worry. It just seems like one messed up thing after another lately. No cheese though, that's how I got into this mess lol.
