It's a mere two days before graduation, and this evening the sundeleaf contingent arrives to wreak havoc on wine bars, and bbq stalls throughout the triad. I slept poorly last night after the art department-thesis party at Adele's. I'm headed back to OR on may 14th with a car full of my stuff and two friends in tow. We should get back into town around the 26th. I'd love for you to meet these folks. They're some of my best friends out here, and represent a little bit of the south. I look forward to seeing you before you take off for the big beautiful state of california (gasp, did I really say that?!)

Sweet! I'll be done writing my thesis by then... albeit not done revising it... BUT...

that also reminds me - You could perhaps make my thesis defense, then? It's going to be June 2nd. I will put you on the list of people I am going to send a mass email to about it later this week. Whether or not you can make it, you will get the details ;-)

congrats on finishing (again again again!) and scraping those honours (you can do it!) I'm intrigued by your "guest list". It has changed since last we spoke, and I'm wondering what prompted that. I'll interrogate you later.
