Persona 4 Arena First Impressions (Spoilers clearly marked by character, no worries!)

Having played Persona 4: Arena for almost a week now (not totally true, I’ve only given it about ten hours tops) I can finally give what I feel are some good first impressions on the title.

Man, Persona 4 is one of those games I know WAY too much about for never having played it.

This game sounds like a lot of fun, but man, even though I love fighting games I'm absolutely terrible at them. I will just enjoy it vicariously through your posts, haha. XD

Also, yes, Johnny Young Bosch as Guy in ToA is totally stellar.

P4 is awesome. :) You should totally play it! Have you at least seen the anime?

Yeah, I'm not all that good at fighters either. Sometimes I'm really lucky, but others? Heh...

I'm a definite JYB fan. He's a pretty good singer too!

No, I haven't! The anime seems a little more accessible for me (i.e. I can probably find it online somewhere for free, whereas I'd have to shell out money I don't have a for a game). Is it worth watching?

I HAVE read the manga (or what's been scanlated so far), for what it's worth. ^^;

(IRONIES: never played P4 yet over 50% of my icons are of P4 characters...ngl most of what I know about the game is from the hiimdaisy comics)

It's very worth it! check out Hulu. I watched it on there for free. (You might need to sign up or something, but there's no cost) The last three episodes are only on the Blu-ray that has yet to be released, but the series on Hulu ends at a good place. (It's kind of unfortunate it's in Japanese at the dub is exceptional, but ah well)

(The hiimdaisy comics are amazing)
