A long, long time ago I saw a fic that followed Ilyana while she traveled with the merchant caravan. As time passed, Aimee and the others vanished. When Ilyana reached the Mercs, alone, they began vanishing one by one...until Soren discovered that Ilyana had been eating them in her sleep.

It was weird. But kind of funny in a black humor kind of way.

Actually, my Fiona rocks. She maxed everything except luck and skill--and she's only one stat down from the top in those.
Same with Meg, who's being a mass of awesome for the SECOND PLAYTHROUGH IN A ROW.
Pelleas is precious omg you need to replay to get him.

Wow, you got lucky then! I mean, from a purely gameplay standpoint, Fiona has good growths. The biggest issue is the game pretty much goes out of it's way to make training her the hardest thing ever. I stand by my belief that she is the hardest character to train in the game, even over Tormod ( ... )

I think you'd have to for her to be of much use, myself heh. That's what I do with Lucia, because I friggin love using her even if she isn't the best.

Next time I think I'll use her though. Her design is so wildly different from the other characters it's insane.

I have a LOT to comment on but I think I'll just stick to one thing so as to not totally overwhelm you XD I completely agree about the trial maps. It's one of the things I'm most upset about in this game, if not the most. You get so many stupid units forced on you in endgame and you only get to take 10 of yours? When there are at least 20 people per playthrough that you've raised to be gods and are amazing and sexy and awesome? Not to mention the billion others that you could raise for the lulz just to use them at the end?

I'm literally going to emulate the game on this computer just so I can hack it and take most of those forced units out, goddamn. They definitely could've given you some fuckhuge maps at the end just to play around on, especialy after giving you so many new units in this game. Sigh.
