My mouth still really hurts. I actually have a new canker sore on the bottom of my tongue now and it makes it almost impossible to talk or eat without excrutiating pain. So....yeah. I have no idea what caused this insane outbreak but it sucks ( Read more... )

- The key to battles is strategy rather than power. The game is made in such a way that no matter how many stat boosts you get, you're still going to be fairly weak if you don't try your best to make sure you're sparking good techs and equipping good weapons. The problem with this is that your first few times through, you're not going to have any idea what is good, much less how to obtain said good stuff. So the learning curve is HUGE and you spend a LOT of time being weak and failing at the game :\ And it's not just individual character action strategy, but team play. You have to build good characters that form a good team that works well together.

- Sif actually starts out really strong for when you're able to get her. But it's easy to let her fall into being a weakling (actually... it's easy for ALL characters to do that O_o). 2H sword sounds good. I've never tried spears on her. I used axes on her and she was my strongest physical character.

- Hawke is a GOD <3 He is amazing hot sex and he also has magic. As you've probably ( ... )

- Prioritize exploration before building your characters. I know it's tempting to go out on a fun quest and see if you get a nice reward or learn some new skills... but you really want to see the world. You might find a better quest out there. Try to open as many cities as possible. Often, recruiting characters will open up more places to go. A lot of the time, you can dump a character and then pick them up later ( ... )

Yeah, I'm kinda getting the picture, but not totally. I am enjoying the game more now than I was before though. It's still complicated, but it's ...interesting? IDK, I like it. Most of the time ( ... )

Sounds awesome :) I can't remember my exact team when I first did Albert... I think it was Albert, Sif, Hawke, Jamil... and... I forget the last person. It was a girl and she had a bow, though. XZDDDD (as in, I had her using the bow weapon... not she was wearing a hair bow or something XZD)

I actually turned Hawke into a healer because I'm weird like that. It... didn't turn out so well LOL.

The game is awesome for gameplay, but not great if you're wanting characters and story XZD

Oh and as for running around... you might just need to go out and fight a few battles to advance time, or open up some more towns.

After you've played through like 900 times (lol) you'll get a feel for when each quest pops up and where. XZD; Which ... yeah, you'll need to play a lot to get to that point, but you kindof... start to understand the overall timeline because it all pieces together, you know? And you'd be like "Oh, hey ____ is happening in ____ so that means soon ____ will happen in ____"

Yeahhh idk. It happens, though XZD
