Almost every writer I know would like a little more time, a little less chaos and a lot less noise when it comes to writing. They imply that they'd like nothing more than to be stuck in the middle of nowhere to write to their hearts' content ( Read more... )

I'd handle everything on your list, provided I could do it with no guilt about abandoning my family for a whole week.

Truthfully, I'd like a couple of hours to myself each day,in reality, it's not going to happen, so I write when I can, mostly surrounded by chaos.

Yes, not being there to support the family would be a big issue for a lot of people.

I should take such an opportunity before I get a family, eh?

I work from home and could make that chunk of time happen, but I more often don't. I'm trying to figure out why. :)

It is nice to read about all the writers who take advantage of the time they have.

I'd take it... although I have to admit that I'd require the internet to go with me. I use it to look up information when I am working on certain articles.
