A piece of rubbish? No...Sonnet #1

While out doing KPT (ie base cleanup) for the last time, I stumbled across a note. This was written by a young girl. What gives it away? Every other line is blue, then silver; just try to picture it. That, and the name I'm omitting ;) Here it is, unedited in its entirety
