This is something I started to notice at college, but there no one's watching my movements or my schedule so things were less complicated. Now that I'm home, it's become more obvious: I keep, like, forgetting to eat ( Read more... )

Oh man, I used to do that. People thought I was a freakazoid. But having a decent breakfast right away seems to set your hunger working properly for the rest of the day. If I miss breakfast, I can forget that food exists.

See, breakfast is a problem for me, because I tend to wake up too nauseated, dehydrated, and dazed to think about food. Maybe if I could manage it more often, it would make a difference.

Yeah, I probably shouldn't be complaining... But when I came home last summer to discover I'd lost ten pounds at some point during freshman year, the doctor freaked out a little bit. So I'm just a little concerned about dropping weight too quickly.

But didn't you say before that you were about as tall and thin as Uryuu or something? You probably should be careful, yes (if you drop weight too quickly I can try to send some of mine your way *he he*)

Well, I used to weigh about as much as Uryuu (123), but now I'm closer to 118 (or possibly less...). However, Uryuu's like 5'7" and I'm only 5'2", so I'm a bit chunkier than he is. XD
