I was such a twit in high school. You were way too cool! I didn't start wearing men's clothes until I got into college but, then, you could never get me out of them.

Aahahaha..."cool" is not a word I'd ever use to describe myself. At the time, I didn't realize that it wasn't my fault that clothes didn't fit, it was the fault of a fashion standard that's way too fucking tall.

I used to do the reading-while-walking too -- wonderful way to stop any attempts at conversation from "friends" during the walk between the gymnasium or stadium and the school building. Never was brave enough to try during other classes, though.

You and I could have walked and read in amiable silence ^^

Reading was my way of dealing, and if I couldn't glaze over and escape my life, there would have been blood. Maybe mine, maybe other people's. I think the teachers let me hide a book in my desk and read during class mostly because if I wasn't reading I was correcting their inaccuracies in front of the entire class.
