Every time, Nine/Rose, Ten/Rose, Eleven/Rose, PG-13

“My name’s not Arthur Dent, ‘nd I’m not goin’ off this planet!” she yells back, laughter bubbling out of her lips.

“I wouldn’t bet on it,” he says, before disappearing into the lift. 2,295 words

He wanted them to want: the stars, the birth of galaxies, the alien life teeming beyond the atmosphere of their small, precious little world. )

Oh! Love! Love love love! I just can't get over the loveliness of this, all the overlapping time streams and just...afhjgkhfal.

Eleven/Rose is kind of my antidrug and this is just so fabulous. Thank you for sharing this.

Hee, I'm glad it worked. I got a bit befuddled in the beginning, but the story decided to right itself out in the end. :) I'm glad you enjoyed it!

That was absolutely amazing. I love the interlocking and overlapping timelines, that constant thread of their relationship that weaves through the whole thing. And I really love the way you play with the tenses in those few paragraphs. Just lovely.

Also, happy birthday!! <3

What I love about this is the way you acknowledge the urges and emotions that make the Doctor uniquely flawed. His pattern of picking up seven year olds. !!!! His fury at Wilf getting locked in that box. And I love the characterizations of the three Doctors and how Eleven still longs to take his part in there.

The whole thing about the end of the universe, the pandorica, the reboot etc. infuriates me in canon, but I like to think that he makes it to Rose through the crack and that the whole stupid Moffat pocket collapses in a poof of implausibility.

Great work, and my what a shiny birthday present!!!

I'd like to think Rose is more a part of his life than any of that nonsense with *cough*River Song*cough*. And trust me, if I had it my way, they'd have found that crack between universes as well. :P

Hee, I'm glad you enjoyed my birthday present to myself and to fandom, messy as it is. :)

That was wonderful, gorgeous... Perfect for Eleven. The way he wanders through his and her past is so perfectly done. And the ending. I'm just going to assume that happened in canon.

And happy birthday! :)

Thankums! :) I *do* like Eleven, and I just wish he wasn't as blatantly manipulative as he was in the last few episodes. I miss Eleven circa "The Eleventh Hour" up and until "The Lodger". And then he just became a bit of a dick. LOL.

And thank you for the birthday greeting!

Eleven had some wonderful moments, but so much of his character development was ruined by certain aspects of his story, which was a shame because he could have been absolutely amazing.

That said, you captured what would be his best aspects :)
