This is so beautiful that it actually hurts. I have tears in my eyes.

though it’s like using a molecule of water to demonstrate an entire ocean, though he wants to speak it in the language of the stars and the vortex and the rivulets on the beach - lovelovelove this.

There are so many fics about how Rose coped, how both of them coped, but I've read very, very few about how TenII coped, especially in these first few moments when his senses and singular heart are still brand new.

Honestly, this is so stunning and perfect and poetic that I don't have anywhere near the words to do it justice.

Wow, thank you so much! I was a little wary of writing Ten II, because I find the Doctor a hard character to get down and then with Ten II you add so many more layers, but I was pleased with the way this came out, and I'm doubly pleased now that it got such a reception. Thank you!
