Well it is brilliant and it does sound a lot like ALH. Fits right in. I also miss the second part of the ALH with Nine that you haven't finished. Nudge. Nudge.

Love your writing.

Thanks

Thanks so much. Yes, I really do mean to get back to Relics. No, I haven't done it yet. Sorry! :-) Glad you liked this piece, though!

Thanks. I felt like it could stop there, but then I also felt like there should be more, too. Thanks so much!

I wish we were privy to Rose and Susan's entire conversation!

The last vignette is my favorite. The Doctor and Rose sharing an "anonymous" kiss in a gallery gives me butterflies.

It was strange, that conversation, but Susan wasn't quite aware of how strange. :-) I'll try to write it down some day!

I'm glad you like the kiss. Rose couldn't resist!

Thanks!!

The Doctor stared down at her. He wondered vaguely, or at least a part of him did, if it would be okay if he just decided to follow this girl for the rest of eternity.

It was going to hurt. It was allowed to hurt. But the light stayed on.

Lovely and sad and hopeful.
