..a beautiful little paradox, only existing because of a hiccup in time where he keeps sending it back to himself through this friendly stranger he'd earlier wished he could kill with the power of his mind.

I love you, and this ! What a funny, sweet little glimpse of their life together. Love "the Vistor." Love, as you say, the wonderful absurdity of their world and adventures. Nicely romantic, and the Doctor feels realistic here.
