This is lovely - this tiny little glimpse into their relationship. It all feels very in-character. They barely say anything, but they manage to communicate so much. I loved this line:

He follows her gaze, the natural thing to do when it’s not directed at him.

That is so the Doctor. Love this. ♥

Ohhhhh, this is beautiful. Both of them are so in character, especially Rose; I love that she looks right at him when she says it, and that as soon as it's out she can relax. I loved this.
