Most of her knew it right away, that this boy is he, he is this boy. But parts of her mind are still catching up, still realizing the soul behind this

SO I HAVE BEEN GOING AROUND SAYING I AM BEING SPOILED. Spoiled by all these GORGEOUS AND BRILLIANT ELEVEN/ROSE FICS and then I read this and my heart just went, "auha;lgkmnbhda!!!!1!111!"

I have been truly and genuinely spoiled this challenge with tons of beautiful eleven/rose fics. This was heartbreaking and lovely and OH ELEVEN you are so adorable and I can't even begin to coherently tell you which bits are my favorite because essentially any line that had anything to do with Rose and/or Doctor (thus, every line) was heart rendering and I just...

What an amazingly awesome intro to your first challenge! I'm in awe of all the Eleven/Rose fics that came out of this challenge, but I'm particularly in love with yours, because you included Amy and her reactions to Rose. BRILLIANT. Seriously. :D

Haha my first challenge would HAVE to be smut and the second fluff since those are basically the two things I never write. At least I've written enough near-smut before. Fluff? Interesting week! Yay challenges.

But yes, Amy, Amy, Amy. I think a meeting between those two would be quite the spectacle. It's been hard for Amy to realize that the Doctor's past is not just full of wondrous places and times but also people.

The whole thing was delightful, but I think my favorite line might actually be this one:

“Yes!” The Doctors exclaims, standing smartly straight. “Rose Tyler meet Amy Pond. It's what she's calling herself these days.” The last bit he says in a conspiring, loud whisper.

So perfectly Eleven.

Haha I kind of love that part too. I had a pretty strong visual of Smith and company playing that out.
