La Llorona (The Weeping Woman) by Beirut.  Video animated/directed by Owen Cook.  There's talk of Orkestar Slivovica learning this song.  I vote yes - it's a beautiful melody, plus the lilting, off-meter rhythm in the accompaniment adds another layer to it - but we shall see.

You're welcome! I've had this song rolling about in my head for the past day or so now. It really is quite lovely, and has an interesting perspective on the whole story of la llorona.
