Of parties, parents, and snores

The weekend was a wonderful treat. The party went swimmingly. Nate was really thrilled to have family there, including friends-so-close-they-really-are-family from France & Holland & Hong Kong. My dad had a great time, too, talking with his cousins & his brother. Maddie went from quiet to sociable quickly and played beautifully with the other

*You* snore? I thought *I* was the one snoring! (my meds do that if I'm exceptionally tired or have been drinking or my neck isn't on the pillow right...)

Seriously, because of my meds, I can sleep through anything. I wouldn't have heard you if you were snoring. And madamsnape already had orders to poke me in the ribs if I was snoring (I woke her up a lot at Portus! :D)

I was so tired by the time I crawled into bed at Az, if you snored, I slept right through it. :) Snoring happens to the best of us. Nothing to be ashamed of. *hugs*

It was pretty funny actually, you and Debs had a sort of competition going. One of you would do a particularly loud snore, and it would go quiet... and then the other would do an even louder snore, and a quick quiet one.

And then it would start again.

The snoring bothered me a lot less than Portus... *shrugs* I'll put that down to my ex that snored.
