I like this fic a lot, it is hot and funny at the same time and it is not something easy to accomplish.

And leather pants...mmm... loved the excuse you made for Naveen to wear his blue frock over them, and I second the idea of imagining some other cast members with leather pants (I am now remembering also Sawyer's leather pants in The Exchange) - now I need a leather ficathlon!
