hooray! Primeval is back! Oh silly dino fun, how I've missed you.

With no Doctor Who regular series this spring, and all my other shows either off for the season or turning all serious and stuff, I was in desperate need of the wacky and ridiculous.

Heh. I only ever watched Primeval for two reasons; one, being it's British, and two, being Douglas Henshall. I have had a crush on Dougie since I saw him in theatre in Stratford twelve years ago. I keep waiting for Primeval folks to go to autograph events over here (Collectormania, etc), just so I can go up and say "I loved you in when you were in regency farce!"

Other than that, gotta say the show doesn't really hold my interest. I would often forget it was on! Dinos of the week didn't really do it for me, though I do think the cgi is good. But with the hint of mythological creatures having come through the - what the heck is it called?? Rift? Flashy thing?? - oh yes, anomaly, I may actually try to watch it again. It was pure fluke that I watched it this week.

Also, I do like the floppy blond style Cutter has going on, as well!
