I realized today that my subconscious is just denying the Propositions. It keeps saying things like, "What kind of country lets the majority set the rights of a disliked minority? That can't possibly be right. That's the whole reason we have a Charter - to protect minorities from the whims of the majority."

As soon as my brain gets over the denial, I'm sure I'll be furious. But very thankful that I live in a country that's got its priorities straight.
