The thing with Olivier is I feel like he is the opposite of Kenneth Branagh in a lot of ways. Olivier is a much better director than actor and his movies suffer when he directs himself as an actor. Branagh is a much better actor than director and his movies suffer when he directs himself as an actor.

That is an interesting point, and I definitely like both of them better when other people are in charge of the movie.

I LOVE the Thin Man! There was a marathon on New Years Eve of all six of the movies and I stayed up to watch four of them :)
I want to see Valentino the Last Emperor really badly!

It is one of my favorite movies! I love their chemistry.

You should definitely see Valentino. If you have Netflix, you can watch it online.

I know! They're so great together. I love their lines. I want a Nick to my Nora ;)

I'm like the only person who doesn't have netflix lol but my suitemate in college does so I'll get her to order it for me!
