I haven't done this before, so we'll see how much I like it. Probably, a lot of the stories will be stories you have already seen plugged like crazy because they are Just That Awesome but I think some of these will be new as well.

Fandoms I have not yet investigated thoroughly include, but are not limited to: Brick, Ellen Kushner, Martha Wells, ( Read more... )

I just started Lord John and the Brotherhood of the Blade, which I love WAY EVEN MORE than I loved Private Matter. It's almost like Gabaldon read Phyllida and the Brotherhood of Philander and said "No, HERE is how you do it." I love just about everything about it, even when it keeps frustrating poor John and Percy who just want to have some sex.

Oh my God, the level of frustration that is Brotherhood!!! Wait till you read Lord John and the Hand of Devils. There is one story...well, I will let you find out. But that is a good comparison to Phyllida - I hadn't thought of it.

You should probably wait to read "Taking the Waters", though.

Eeef, now I am excited to read that one. I've had so much trouble really falling into a book over the past few weeks, so I'm excited to have discovered something I can get enthusiastic about.

Yeah, I saw the setting in the description and said "I'll wait on this one."

This reminds me! What are those books about Marlowe? Except it isn't really Marlowe or something. He is a spy (I think).

I wrote "Rosaline, At Rest". Thank you for the rec! I am so very, very happy that people enjoyed reading it enough to recommend it to others. <3
