i believe it's safe to say that i've ***officially*** quit smoking. it wasn't so hard...just turned into a bitch for 3 days. the bitch part isn't much of a surprise at all...given my [sometimes] surly nature. ah well...my lungs will soon be a healthy pink, and i won't be wasting $$$'s to s l o w l y kill myself.

good for you! when i stopped smoking, it just stopped. i didn't feel much different. i'm so bitchy anyway, would have been hard to tell the difference. now you can use your money for more important things..

Woohoo! Good for you! I quit smoking when I started running... I came the totally shocking conclusion that it hurt more after I'd had a ciggerette. (Master of the Obvious).

I still occasionally go for one when drunk, but I've been really good about laying off lately.
