I forgot to pick up the echinacea last night so i am picking it up today after work. I did manage to get wipes for my CPAP. I think the infection has moved into my chest already. Usually I have a few days. I can't believe I have to wait two weeks to see my doctor. I'm going to keep the Orange juice and stuff going. Tonight I am going to try

I can barely see straight Im so tired, and Im afraid that exhaustion compared with being around you being sick is going to equal Lynda sick for exams. Actually, exhaustion alone can do it. So Im going to stay home tonight and try to get a little extra sleep. Sorry and Ill catch you next week.
