I've recently made a list of these things for my group class.
I think the best thing to do during a low mood is to find things that only require one or two steps to complete. That way you'll feel accomplished. Celebrate the little things.
Pretty soon, you'll start doing other stuff and feel better.
Also, to help with anxiety, is to be mindful of the moment. I'm sure you've heard of Wise Mind before - it's a healthy mix of logical and emotional mind.
But mindfulness is just sitting there and looking at your surroundings and noticing them there without judgment of them being good or bad. They just are. And to allow yourself to feel the emotion as fully as possible and then letting it go(it is also advised not to do any target/irrational behavior during this time).
Also, there is the thought of not feeling guilty over feeling bad. We're all human and we feel these things. It's observing your emotions as they are and avoiding the labels of them being either negative or positive. It's what we do,
