Getting enough protein is SO hard, especially if you have food aversions. The best thing I did was get Greek yogurt because there are like 23g of protein per serving in the Fage brand. Expensive, but worth it!

It IS hard. Stinking hard. The greek yogurt might be a good option, even though it is like more than twice as expensive as regular yogurt. I'll have to see how close I get on protein after a couple days tracking and decide if we need to try something like that. I just wish I could drink protein shakes! But they usually made me feel sick before I was pregnant. I really can't even imagine trying to drink them regularly now. The good thing is I don't seem to have any aversions to meat, but that gets expensive, too! One thing that did work the other day though was making a fruit smoothie (which is funny since I really don't want fruit, but something about it being frozen made it okay) that I added yogurt and a farm fresh egg to. I know it's supposed to be a no-no eating raw eggs while pregnant, but I feel okay about it as long as they're not store eggs.
