That was one long chapter, so much happened! So many children! Do they have 6 now? Goodness. I haven't even done that yet. Awesome facial expression!! I wasn't IN LOVE with the Volturi bit, however, I liked that you mixed it up, instead of just copy pasta. Plus Victoria IS a Twilight vampire, so it fit just fine :)
Oh and I completely didn't realize Diana was Deena. Totally fell for that!
Is Nicky gonna grow up and fall for Voldie or Vincent? :O Or Victoria+Deena? :O I thought that you named Vince after Vincent Valentine of final fantasy .__. but that's just me.
I like Dr. Willams, he seems like a nice guy :3 and one that isn't startled by strange goings on. OH HI TABI :D HI DOM. He looks just like Groz, except he's more blonde. I can't wait to see Venetia's antics.
