 So...I met my goal.  I have the body of my steampunk tailcoat together, including the lining!  I left my good camera at school, so these pics are from my webcam and aren't the greatest.  Anyway...

Hmm.... If it did have sleeves, I kinda think 3/4 *might* be better than short. ::shrug::
But I do like the current sleeveless look. If you go with sleeveless, I'd vote for frayed over finished. Though then the rest of the outfit should probably be somewhat distressed too.

Hmmmm...hadn't thought about 3/4. And yah, I realized that having the sleeves frayed but nothing else could look odd. I think I've decided to finish the edges and leave it sleeveless.
