Ah, yes. You missed the fact that, despite it's name, this place is considered by most to be hell. I can not fathom why they would leap to such a conclusion, as there is a decided lack of hellish decor. Human heads protruding from the ground, fountains and rivers of blood, the tormented and damned strewn about like so much litter. But I suppose that is just the way one expects a conventional hell to appear as.

Maybe. I didn't think there was a real Hell. Given those things... Well, who knows what it's supposed to be.

Not a real Hell? Heaven and Hell are both extensions of the human psyche, really. And watching the torments they put themselves through is quite...entertaining. I wonder what torments you might bring upon yourself while you are here.

They're pretty universal ideas, if you ask me. All I know is the Reikai's for real, and that's the joint that takes care of souls, reward or punishment.
