That still isn't half as amusing as my brother's name...JIGGY! I mean that really takes the cake. And then my cousin is called BABY...yes that's his name. Wot more can I say. Mallus are friggin' weird.

I think he quite loves his name now...esp since he works with Cartoon Network. Makes him stand out! Well atleast my parents can sigh in relief.

the worst case..is a budding teenager in bangalore who was named by her grandmom as ELSAMMA...the poor thing hates her name sooo much that..she gives out fake names whenever someone asks her name...

The Coorg women I know also have some "-amma" names like Kaveriamma, Shantamma, etc. Then they try to cover it up with innocent-sounding "regular" female names. :)
