So...looking at SCC's international program and i might go to Japan for 3-4 weeks sometime this year or next (probably next) ,,,so i emailed the lady and am waiting for their reply...so hopefully all goes well...

So....I asked this a long time ago and I am asking it again

does anyone know any good icon makers thats free to download or like a free 15 day trail....like one that is easy to operate and lets you do clips...ex: clip 1 "hi'' clip 2 "sunny day" clip 3 "good bye" ...ones that move...i cannot seem to find any that is easy to make icons...
