Hmm, to my mind the doors are drawn that way because they indicate the turning angles and the sweep of the door as it opens.

So I checked it up and looks like this is true: "Door Swing - Indicates direction the door opens."

I am a horrible person and simply must say that in his case, V.D. = Varia Damage.

I dread to point this out, but in one of the arrangements Tsuna, Gokudera and the Bathroom are all linked with no other exits. And Tsuna has to go through Gokudera's room to go to the bathroom.
