So there's this Gokudera/Tsuna, Mukuro/Tsuna Reborn doujin game going around called Altor (site here, please restore proper html). The site's down due to the intense popularity, but alternative uploads are here. I believe that there's an "auto" function you can run the game on, and there aren't many choices you have to make. Um. Well, in about one hour plus of gameplay I've only had to make one choice.
You play as Tsuna. The world is out to hit on you. Okay, just Gokudera and Mukuro for the purposes of this game, but still.
It is incredibly pretty, and also in Chinese, a language which I have a long and tortured history with (kind of like Gokudera's relationship with Bianchi, i.e. hated it, was forced to spend long periods of time with it until the hatred became PATHOLOGICAL; but also like Gokudera's relationship with Yamamoto minus the slash, that is, I can be persuaded to make nice for a common purpose).
The game takes place after the Millefiore situation has been resolved. Exceeeept, it hasn't all been resolved. So Reborn tells Tsuna that there's some unfinished business he has to handle. Tsuna predictably wants nothing to do with it.

Within the family, the news of the Tenth's death had spread.
Little Boy: "Eh? Boss appears to have shrunk?"
A youth in Western dress rushes in, grabs the boy, and apologises to Yamamoto.
Youth: "I'm really sorry! Yamamoto-sensei!"
Yamamoto smiles, and shows that it's okay.
Oh lol and then this kid runs into Tsuna, and Tsuna asks who the kid is, and Yamamoto says,

Tsuna asks who the kid is, and Yamamoto says, TSUNA AND GOKUDERA'S CHILD
Tsuna freaks out.
Yamamoto laughs, and says, "Haha, I was joking!"
Tsuna thinks: "This joke is not funny at all!"
Yamamoto says that that kid likes Tsuna, and that the Tsuna has always been liked by children.
Tsuna thinks that his mom must be really worried about him.
Then a MYSTERIOUS STRANGER turns up, and says that Tsuna doesn't know how to learn, and that he's allowed someone to sneak up on him.

Mukuro: Kufufu... Sawada Tsunayoshi.
Tsuna fell over, being very shocked.
Mukuro laughs.
Mukuro extends a hand to Tsuna. (LIKE A GENTLEMAN ~)
Then you have a choice, whether or not to take Mukuro's hand.
Tsuna notices that Mukuro no longer has the character 6 over his right eye.
Mukuro looks at Tsuna. There is no smile on his face. He looks as if he's thinking.
Gokudera appears, obviously sensing a rival on the horizon.
Mukuro: "Oya oya, the loyal dog has arrived."
Mukuro's expression returns to the usual (niko-niko I'M GONNA HAVE YOUR BODY ONE DAY) smile.
Gokudera: Tenth, I've finally found you!
Gokudera's appearance at this moment is a relief to Tsuna.
[IT IS SORT OF FIRST-PERSON HERE SO IT KIND OF GOES;
LITERAL TRANSLATION YOU CAN TELL:
"That (Gokudera) appears at this moment, frankly, makes me breath a sigh of relief.]
"The one who used to avoid him was me, but now, the one who is grateful that he has appeared is me..."
Gokudera: "Mukuro..."
Mukuro: "Kufufu, there's no need for such a fierce expression."

Gokudera says it's cold here. Tsuna says, but, he was thinking of taking a walk around, no need to worry.
Gokudera fusses, and Tsuna tells him not to worry, "There's already no one here."
Gokudera goes quiet, and his expression looks a little disappointed (I am doing so much injustice to the delicate way this is conveyed in Chinese),
and Tsuna feels as if he's said something wrong. But, in a moment Gokudera smiles.
Gokudera: "Then, please be careful, and if you feel that there's anything wrong please come back immeadiately."
Tsuna: ".... I understand."
Gokudera: "I'll return first."
Then he says that thing which I cannot translate for the life of me. It's shitsureshimasu in Japanese, and the closest in English would be "Pardon me" as he's taking his leave.
It starts to rain, so Tsuna returns. He finds a church. It looks forgotten, and no one can be seen anywhere.
Tsuna goes into the church, and realises it's not empty. He apologises, and WAO:
