yeah, kinda like those. I only know how to make them using my cam too. ): You those radical light thingys. There's no radical nothing on paint shop. Paint shop is bull at times like this. hahaha.
PSP doesn't have lens flare. I had PS, but my serial isn't working anymore and I got pissed off finding serials for it. I don't know anywhere where I can get photoshop without the serial, either. Rather depressing.
