[John couldn't say he was busy, not when he was hanging upside down off his bed and trying to balance his glasses on his nose. That didn't exactly count as busy. And besides, he couldn't hide from Rose and strategically avoid her every day, it was best to just see her. Or so it would seem.]

She opens the door, steps in, and puts her hands on her hips. What's he doing now?? There's a moment of silence, where Rose is clearly expecting him to talk, before she finally initiates.]

Hello! And actually, no. I fixed the sonic screwdriver first, did some calculations then I went to the games room with Sherlock. [He pointed across the room at the sonic that was sitting right beside his jar of leeches. Awkwardly, he pulled himself upright and tilted his head back, letting his glasses slide on properly.]

Now I'm bored. And my head feels dizzy.
