My good friend Laura Murray and I keep letters going between us. I enjoy it a whole lot. Anyway, her latest letter (which I received yesterday) was 26 pages long. Twenty-six pages of goodness.

I have worked on the Calculus homework [9 or 10 problems] for a little under two hours. I have one problem finished. Fuck. I want to quit. I actually would like to have a good cry. I am frustrated to the point of crying. That is so awesome. I am proud. Proud? Proud. Proud? Proud.

I have 5 B's and a D. That is awesome. Tomorrow, I am going the guidance office to get out of Calculus. I don't really give a damn anymore. Well, I guess it is rough that I did exceptionally well in mathematics for such a long time only to come to a point at which I hate mathematics, but I don't think this is mentally healthy. So... I have been looking at getting some Oxfords by Red Wing Shoes. It is amazing to me how many features a shoe can have. Steel toes, resistant to 600v of electricity, etc. I am amazed.

Laura Murray, a close friend of many years, and I have been keeping a correspondence, in that we write letters to one another. I have a great love for reading her letters. I left the Calculus room the other day after the quiz, and I thought I had an A on the quiz.

I got into the Calculus room, and found out I had a 30%. So, I went to the Guidance Office and signed up to see my counselor. I am dropping Calculus.

And there is a chilled bottle of sparkling grape juice in my 'fridge. I am going to go enjoy it.

The Academic Challenge team, of which I am a member, played Minster on High Q today. We won, 575 to 375. (High Q is a local trivia show.) Anyway, I got to play. I enjoyed it.

Today I have a Chemistry Test. And I get to be on television, playing trivia.

Mmm... in 8th grade, my dad said I couldn't come over to his house, for a stupid reason. That resulted in me not going over to his house, for about a year and a half.

And today, he said I can't come over to his house. I am not sure I am going over there any year soon. I am so pissed.
