It's more than obvious at this point that our senses are being messed with. Assuming you actually have some brains, I would suggest staying inside if you're either blind or can no longer feel anything.

If you find yourself hurt, then that's your own fault and problem.

That certainly didn't last very long.

To anyone arriving - and for however briefly you may be staying - this barren city is called Nesreca. Supplies are scarce, and as you can see, it's the middle of winter. The ground is too cold and hard to do a proper burial.

If we're fixing the building, we need to do it quickly. It gets to be below freezing at night.

It's already sleeted, once. The first snow isn't far off.
