[The feed turns on, and Naruto is holding the PCD in one hand... and his kitten in the other. Only, he's holding it by the scruff of it's neck, and it dangles awkwardly, mewling and clearly trying to make an escape.

Naruto is clearly not himself, his eyes are red, but he's smirking.]
