is it included as a piracy? it's getting pretty hard to control eh.. they don't seem to know how much it cost for people who already made it so hard and put all of their best and just easily stole them right away.. hope they'll realize that their doing is wrong and will stop... or else a punishment will come to them soon or later... we'll see..

I don't think so. The owner is using the "Fair Use" Law in which getting portions from the original ones are okay without permission. That is what the law is trying to say, however it still depends on the owner's right? Not everyone knows about that law and even if they do, so what? The mere fact that they are getting those fanfics without permission is really the matter here. Scratch that Fair Use law. What they are doing is really not okay. They do know they are at fault but they won't admit. They reasoned out that Fair Use Law and also they are saying that the readers of the owner's site are loving what they are doing because they get to know new and more writers in LJ. But really, they won't lose a thing if they ask for permission. I hope he/she'll stop.

So true, Hannah-channnn~~~We really appreciate them but not everyone is really kind unless they won't do something like this.

They are thinking they can do whatever they want as long as the entries are in public. The owner of the page said that, somehow blaming those writers who have their entries publicized. You're right. It's really not that easy to write stories. We both know how that feels, right? It's very hard getting over a writer block. And not that easy to have a proper ideas from scratched. You'll turn really crazy when you have a lot of ideas and you can't come up with a proper plot.

Yeah. Really a pain to have my entries f-locked but finally I was able to do it all in one day. I really don't want to do it but I have to.

It's hurtful to think that these kind of people DO exist. We wanna share our stories because sharing something is like fulfilling something. Now I'm thinking to f-lock my works t00. It's okay to be disappointed but do not linger on that emotion.
