What topics are offensive? I'm really hard to offend so there's not much you could do to offend me. I think drug use is the only thing I won't play out; I don't condone it at all. Kisaragi...is a special case so go for whatever you'd like.

What's okay to mention around him? Anything. But it'll probably go back to how awesome being strong it and/or sparkles.
Any notable abilities? He has extremely nimble arms but everything about him is average or below average.

Can I shapeshift, bodyswap with, spit at, step on, or do other-physical-contact to him? He's used to getting picked on so go for it.
Can I hug, kiss, or do other-non-violent-physical-contact to him? You could try.
Can I flirt with him? ...He doesn't really notice anything if it's not strong.
Can I fight him? Sure. In a battle against a Great Dane, he loses.
Can I maim, murder, cut off his leg, do other-violent-physical-contact to him? Ask me first if you want to and I'll think about it.
