You know, there is a posting for a perfect job for me in Seattle... Job discription is tasty. 
Job site is snug up against the canadian border...

Seattle *is* nice. And Ann Marie is up there, and the Baron and Baroness that just sepped up are cool (Barony of Madrone), they have a famous culinary guild, and their EQ group sponsors The Emprise of the Black Lion.

Honestly, I think you should go for it.

I'd miss you, though. :-/

we are very nice up here...for the perfect job, we could probably be nice to you too :)

As I keep being told, it never hurts to apply. If they offer you the job, you still have the option of saying no.

And while on the one hand, after one major life disruption is not necessarily the best time to volunteer for a second life disruption.... some people find the opportunity to move away from the old memories and occupy yourself with a joyful new adventure very helpful.

I can understand the temptation of going somewhere new and starting a fresh life, especially right now. Just go slowly with your decision making.

Being able to say 'no' or 'yes' is empowering. You might decide that is not the choice you want or it might be the perfect opportunity. Some of my favorite times were saying 'no' to a job offer.
