OMG! Tobias is sickk! deranged! I want Santana to pull out of this and get a plan together to get ALL photos and videos of the last 8 years with that loser! and yes, go open up her own record label because she cannot seriously stay working for that rapist!

That would require Santana to be aware that there is more photos and videos than what Rachel's been given. And it takes a lot of work and money to start up a label. You're also assuming she's 100% convinced it's rape too and not too drunk or whatever. Victims do blame themselves for situations like this and no one wants to admit they actually married a rapist who's been victimizing them.
