I'm a fan of all things Sondheim, so I love this show. Wow, there's a kids' version? This reassures me, as I've seen children's theaters advertise the show, and I always thought, "Uh...."

One of my favorite things is the princes singing "Agony." Great song.

yesss. . . I saw the kids version. It was a school musical, so it was pretty fun. I find most Sondheim songs annoying, though, and actually, my parents walked out of a performance of Into the Woods once because they hated it so much. But I didn't find it so bad, and my mom actually liked it better when my friends/classmates did it . . . I'm interested in the second act.

It sounds like an awesome play/musical/thing, TLE! Normally the only fairy-tale adaptions I can stand are Roald Dahl's, but this sounds genuinely funny.

Wonder if the movie is avaliable in NZ - it was quite good.
