If it helps, Sam, point out to the girls that even with David Beckham and Michael Owen on their team, England always gets their arses handed to them in Penalty shootouts.

But as far as I'm concerned, both you and they did really really well. You rock.

lol yes, aside from all the tears, it was definitely a lot of fun! I'm very glad that I did it, I hope I can both coach and play next year...as fulfilling as coaching is, it definitely makes me miss being out on that field myself!!

lol loser. We don't corrupt teams, only family members. It's how it works, dontchaknow.

Oh no, not school or any kind of competitive. I just want to join a women's league next summer, just play for fun, that's all.
