I used my unexpected sewing night quite well, I think! I managed to complete four flower motifs and one stem/leaf motif, which means I now have nine out of 16 full motifs completed. Somewhat. I know how much time the actual stitch out takes, because the machine tells me, and I have a pretty good idea about how much time it requires to hoop and place the designs, change threads, fix errors, etc. I haven't been keeping track of the time to build the bodice and stuff, though, since I've been doing it in such bits and pieces.

And you might have to give me (and my machine) a year or two to recover from this one!

Haha, that's fair! TBH I probably won't be able to afford it till then anyway, but it would def be worth it. :)
